Around 700 cars, from pre-war classics to modern hypercars, will fill the grounds of Canford School later this month as Canford Classic & Supercar Sunday returns for its fifth year on Sunday 23 August 2026.
The event will bring together vehicles ranging from cherished classics and modern supercars to hypercars, competition machinery, track cars and rally legends. Public gates will be open from 10am until 4pm, transforming the historic Canford estate into a celebration of motoring from every era.
Among the headline cars are the Ferrari F40, a bespoke McLaren Senna in Gulf-inspired livery, and the latest Aston Martin Valhalla. They will be joined by an eclectic selection spanning pre-war motoring, the defining classics of the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s, modern performance icons, low-production collector cars and machines developed for circuit and rally competition.
At the centre of the event is the Franses Sunken Lawn, showcasing some of the rarest, most significant and most desirable cars attending the show. The wider event will also feature classic and supercar paddocks, car clubs, live entertainment, family activities, food and drink and automotive displays. It is designed to offer something for every generation: nostalgia for those revisiting the cars of their youth, inspiration for younger enthusiasts and plenty of opportunities for daydreaming among some of the world’s most remarkable machinery.
Zander Miller, Director of Aperta Events and organiser of Canford Classic & Supercar Sunday, said: “To be celebrating the fifth year of the event with our strongest pre-registered line-up to date is incredibly special. Canford is about showcasing the entire story of motoring, not simply one marque, decade or type of car. You can stand beside a childhood classic one moment and encounter a brand-new hypercar the next.”
Founded by Miller while he was still at school, the event has grown into one of the South Coast’s largest curated automotive gatherings. He was named Beaulieu National Motor Museum’s Young Pioneer of the Year in 2024 for his contribution to automotive events.
