The Big Glow Show

The Big Glow Show is a spectacular new family-friendly evening of light, music and entertainment, coming to Shelley Park, Boscombe on 6th and 7th November 2026.

Created as an exciting alternative to a traditional fireworks event, The Big Glow Show replaces explosive fireworks with an unforgettable combination of live music, colourful laser spectaculars and live performance.

Each evening will feature three themed shows. Live singers will take to the stage for approximately 45 minutes, accompanied by circus performers and fire entertainers, before each hour culminates in a spectacular 15-minute laser show choreographed to complement the music.

The evening begins with Magical Family Favourites, performed by Gem Rose, followed by a feel-good celebration of disco and pop classics. The final show sees Matt Black – The Piano Man take to the stage with some of the greatest rock anthems, building towards the evening’s biggest laser finale.

Alongside the main entertainment, visitors can enjoy fairground attractions, fabulous hot food and licensed bars, creating a complete November night out for families and friends.

With no traditional fireworks and no explosive bangs, The Big Glow Show offers a different way to enjoy the atmosphere and excitement of a November celebration – while still delivering plenty of music, colour and spectacle.

Gates open at 5pm, with the first show beginning at 6pm.
