The Atmospheric Landscape
Friday 11th September | 10.00am – 4.00pm
Launceston Farm, Dorset

Join Dorset landscape artist Karina Nixon for a peaceful, immersive day of painting in the beautiful surroundings of Launceston Farm.

Inspired by the shifting light, quiet atmosphere and subtle moods of the landscape, this workshop will guide you through the process of creating your own atmospheric painting using oils. Through live demonstrations and individual tuition, you’ll learn how to simplify a landscape, build depth and softness, and capture the light, colour and feeling of a place.

Suitable for beginners and those with painting experience, the day is designed to be both creative and restorative.

Your day includes:

• Expert tuition from practising professional landscape artist and qualified teacher Karina Nixon
• All painting materials provided
• Light refreshments, including tea and coffee
• A delicious seasonal vegetarian lunch
• Time to slow down, reconnect with your creativity and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Launceston Farm

Leave with a finished painting, new skills and a renewed sense of calm, feeling refreshed, restored and inspired.
