Stoke Abbott Street Fair
19 July at 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Dating back well over 100 years, the Stoke Abbott Street Fair combines tradition, live entertainment, delicious food and drinks, activities, stalls, craft demonstrations and games. It is a wonderful afternoon out in one of the region’s most picturesque villages, appealing to all ages.
The Street Fair opens at 2pm with the historic Sick Club Parade from the New Inn pub through the village lanes, led by Grub the Sheep, a traditional jazz band and flag carriers with a long association with the village.
The lanes are closed to traffic and there is free parking from the Beaminster end of the village.
The Street Fair raises vital funds for the village’s church, hall and a local charity – this year, it’s Beaminster Food Bank.
Entry is £3 per adult; children are free. Please bring cash.
