Wimborne u3a autumn talk
20 November at 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

On Friday 20 November, internationally known micro-artist Graham Short will share “My Life as a Micro-Artist”. Graham is famed for engraving The Lord’s Prayer on the head of a pin and even more incredibly, on a speck of gold inside the eye of a needle! He’s also famous for the world’s smallest portrait of the late Queen Elizabeth engraved in the eye of a needle. His talk promises a lively mix of remarkable craftsmanship and entertaining anecdotes from a career that demands an incredibly steady hand and one working with multimillionaire clients and collectors
