Clive Hannay in a small but intriguing Dorset village

MORETON is fairly tiny, although its
one row of houses, the Street, is attractive, with some cottages of cob and some of brick, mostly under thatch. What makes the village remarkable is that it offers three features of exceptional interest, any one of which would make a visit worthwhile.
