Peter Booton admires the renovation of Madam’s Mead, Wyke Regis

MADAM’S Mead can be found in the Wyke Regis suburb of Weymouth, and not as you might expect at Brewer’s Quay. Although at first sight this large, almost American ranch-style, seven-bedroomed property appears to be a contemporary new-build, at its heart is an Art Deco period house built in the late 1920 s.
